The three apartments (1 one-bedroom with terrace for 2/5 people, 1 one-bedroom for 2/4 people and 1 studio for 2 people) are located on the raised ground floor of a family house with the owner occupying an additional floor above. They can be made communicating with each other.
According to customers, the house is strategically well positioned: very close to the beach and a supermarket. All other services (motorbike/bicycle rental, bars, restaurants, newsstand-tobacco shop, pharmacy, bank, bus stop and the boarding dock - in summer - for excursions to other islands, etc.) are within a radius of 100/300 m.
Canneto is a charming village that stretches along a wide bay. The beach is mostly free but also equipped, and all services are within easy reach. Near the house, there is a pier from which, during the summer season, one can embark on excursions to other islands (without having to go to Lipari). The town of Lipari can be reached by shuttle bus in about 5/7 minutes.
The studio of about 25 square meters. suitable for 2 people, it consists of a large room with elegant foldaway kitchenette, double sofa bed (140 cm.) hallway and bathroom with shower. Fresh and modern furnishings. It has ceiling fan and television. Air conditioning is also available on request with a supplement of 5 euros / day. If the customer does not need the linen (he brings it) the price is reduced slightly.
