Welcome to our Bed and Breakfast, located in a charming area surrounded by majestic mountains and positioned in a panoramic spot in the heart of the town.

Fiocco di Neve is a historic building from the 1300s where the past and present come together to provide maximum comfort. Here, you can experience an authentic stay in a true Bed and Breakfast, where the owners reside on-site.

Our guests have the opportunity to explore the surrounding area with the help of local guides and the owners' recommendations. For winter sports enthusiasts, sports facilities and ski slopes can be found nearby.

Our Bed and Breakfast is the ideal place for families on the go who desire a homey atmosphere, for a romantic getaway, or for self-discovery. Each room comes with a private bathroom, bed linens, and a set of three towels per guest (towels are changed every three days). An extra towel change can be requested for 5 euros per person and bedding change for 10 euros.

The environment is heated, and guests can return at any time of the night. Smoking and pets are not allowed. During check-in, check-out, and breakfast, wearing a mask is mandatory.

We have only two double rooms, and no extra beds are available. Only one room can be converted into a twin room with two separate single beds (in this case, a minimum stay of three nights is required). If the stay is less than three nights, a supplement of 10 euros per day will be applied.

Check-in is possible from 3: 00 pm to 10: 00 pm, while check-out must be done by 11: 00 am. Upon request, early check-in is possible for 15 euros per person (for arrivals before 3: 00 pm, subject to room availability from 9: 00 am) or late check-out for 15 euros per person (for departures up to 5: 00 pm, only if the room is available that evening).

It is not possible for children to sleep in the bed with their parents, but each room is equipped with a hairdryer and free WiFi. We also offer agreements with the winter sports stations of Ovindoli Monte Magnola and Campo Felice Sky and with Ovindoli Fun Park.

Our Bed and Breakfast was featured in the "La Repubblica" guide in 2013/2014 and 2016/2017. During high season periods such as Carnival, Easter, August, and from December 24th to January 6th, we require a minimum stay of three nights. In case of late arrivals or early departures, the cost of the room (s) will still be charged.

The balance of the stay must be paid in cash, as we do not accept credit card payments. However, payments can be made with Satispay and PayPal. To book a room, a deposit of 30% of the total stay amount is required. Breakfast is included in the room price.
