Hospitality is offered at an Agricultural Company located in the Modenese Apennines in Sestola, just a few kilometers away from the Tuscan border. The Farmhouse Bed & Breakfast is surrounded by greenery, meadows, and wooded areas of the Apennines, just a short distance from the town center.
Fattoria Gradara is a typical stone farmhouse with renovated parts and other parts that have been recently built, surrounded by greenery. It is located not far from the town of Sestola, next to the road leading to Roncoscaglia.
The Farmhouse has ample space available for children's games. Guided tours of the dairy farm are available (with dairy cows for the production of Parmigiano Reggiano).

The double bedroom is comfortable and is temperature is optimal in every season: the location where it is located makes it cool in the summer, while the adjustable heating creates a cozy nest when outdoors is cooler. The room is located in an independent apartment with bathroom, large sitting area and fully equipped kitchen.
Our apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a large sitting area and a fully equipped kitchen. In the large sitting area the sofa bed can be transformed into two comfortable single beds.
The town is located just a few minutes' walk from the farm. You can either take a stroll through the town or climb up to the old castle to visit its museums. The numerous paths that wind through the woods around the town are perfect for hiking enthusiasts.
Sestola is a renowned winter ski resort, but it also offers numerous leisure opportunities in the summer season, as demonstrated by its rich program of events and activities for adults and children.
