Located just 12 km away from Arezzo, the picturesque village of Baciano is situated in the plain to the north of the Municipality of Capolona, on the borders of the Casentino Valley. With its typical architecture of old agricultural settlements, Baciano stretches along the right bank of the Arno river, just a few hundred meters from the town center, and harmoniously blends into the still fertile agricultural landscape.
The focal point of the village is the majestic 19th-century Villa Padronale, surrounded by a charming "Italian garden" of approximately 2600 square meters, featuring a central fountain and four gravel pathways leading to four separate entrances. The villa offers its guests an exclusive swimming pool.
On the north side of the villa, there is a paved courtyard, surrounded by buildings on all sides and accessible through a driveway gate, which leads to the Casa del Fattore (Farm Manager's House). This ancient house, originally the residence of the farm manager and representative of 19th-century Tuscan sharecropping agriculture, has been transformed into a charming annex of the Villa Padronale, comfortably accommodating up to 4 people.
The annex consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen. On the ground floor, there is also La Taverna, a charming room with tables and a lowered fireplace, characterized by a horseshoe-shaped bench and equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, including an original oven from 1838, and a bathroom.
