B&B Fabiola is located in Due Santi, a small and peaceful district of the Municipality of Marino, just a few minutes away from Rome. We offer three spacious and bright rooms, all equipped with air conditioning. Within the property, there is a parking space, as well as two additional spots in a reserved area just a short walk from the B&B. We also have a small green area at the back of the house, which has a convenient Wi-Fi connection, making it suitable for work, dining, or simply enjoying a moment of relaxation.
Breakfast, an essential moment in a Bed and Breakfast, is the most anticipated part of the day, influencing our mood and the rest of the day. Finally, seated comfortably, we can enjoy a delicious cup of coffee. During breakfast, guests can choose from tea, cappuccino, herbal infusions, barley, cookies or soft pastries, yogurt, and, as is commonly said in Bed and Breakfasts.. whatever is available! A well-set table filled with treats is what we need to feel pampered. We kindly ask our future guests to inform us of any intolerances or allergies at the time of booking, so we can prepare breakfast accordingly.

Once you arrive, you can reach the stunning Lake Castel Gandolfo-Albano in just five minutes by car.
