Located in a farmhouse dating back to 1853, recently renovated in 2024, our structure preserves the main elements of the original architecture. The warmth of wood, found in the furniture, fixtures, and doors, has been skillfully preserved by master craftsman Massimiliano Massari from Castiglione a Casauria.
The splendid mural creations by renowned decorator Marcello Mariani from Torre de Passeri enrich every corner of the house, providing a unique artistic touch that seamlessly integrates with the surrounding environment. Every morning, we offer you a typical breakfast from Abruzzo, carefully prepared using only local zero-kilometer products. Just 900 meters from the Scafa-Alanno A25 motorway exit, Scafa is an excellent starting point to quickly reach both the sea and the summit of Blockhaus, which stands at 2200 meters. In the picturesque village, you will find all the services you need, such as pharmacies, tobacco shops, and supermarkets. Moreover, on Thursdays, you can stroll through the center among the stalls of the characteristic local market, rich in folklore. Scafa is also the access point to the cycle path, which will allow you to reach the Lavino Park by bike, famous for its turquoise waters. Nearby, you will have the opportunity to visit numerous renowned wineries and olive oil mills in Abruzzo, which offer guided tours and tastings.
