We have carefully and attentively restored the ancient country houses nestled in the small medieval hamlet of Messenano, in the heart of the Spoletine hills.
Casa Marianna: We have transformed a charming two-story house from an ancient medieval entrance. The old atmosphere of the house has been preserved, and the outdoor courtyard is perfect for relaxing in the silence and slow rhythms of the small village. In front of the entrance door, there is an open courtyard with a table, chairs, and deck chairs to enjoy the coolness.
Casa Giovanna: This delightful stone house is located on the outer side of the village, offering a panoramic view and two terraces. The house has been carefully renovated with attention to detail, featuring fine 19th-century furniture and all modern comforts. A terracotta staircase leads to the house, which is spread out on a single level. It includes a spacious living area of approximately 70 square meters with a TV, Wi-Fi, a lounge, and a large fully-equipped kitchen. There are two double bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom with a large shower. The balcony of the bedroom is perfect for romantic breakfasts, and the terrace in the living area is large enough to accommodate four people for dining.
From the village, there are stunning paths for unforgettable walks or trekking routes. The village is ideally located for visiting Umbria, and the houses are part of a genuine, non-touristy environment where around ten families permanently reside. The hilly and panoramic position completes the picture of this enchanting place.
