Our Bed and Breakfast is made up of three spacious and bright rooms, all larger than required by regulations, equipped with a private bathroom and a balcony or equipped terrace. The furnishings are new, understated yet elegant, functional and appropriate.
Each room is equipped with a TV, independent stereo with radio, cassette player and CD player. The rooms are furnished with great flexibility and can be used as doubles or twins, while two of them have a comfortable sofa bed, ideal for families or young travelers.
The breakfast and lunch area is spacious and bright.
The entire apartment and the three rooms are served by a modern and sophisticated independent air conditioning system of the DAIKIN brand.
Among the services offered to guests, there is the possibility of using individual air conditioning, a parking space in a private box equipped with an elevator that goes directly to the floor, a safe in the room and the rental of city bikes.
Near the building, it is possible to find a studio apartment of about 40 square meters, with four beds, kitchen (oven, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator and two burners) and an internal bathroom, equipped with a furnished balcony and air conditioning. This studio can be combined with other double or twin rooms, always equipped with a balcony, internal bathroom and air conditioning.
Our B&B was not created by recovering old spaces, but was specifically furnished to offer a high-quality service, comparable to a superior 4-star hotel.
Our delightful breakfast is available at the cost of only €7 per person. Our table service will make your experience even more enjoyable. You can choose from a wide range of hot beverages, freshly baked delicious pastries, fruit juices, cookies, butter and jam, Nutella and toast. Additionally, we will occasionally surprise you with a homemade sweet treat, just like the ones you eat with your family.

Hello everyone, my name is Euro and I am an architect with 50 years of experience. My wife, Susanna, has been an Italian teacher for 46 years. Throughout my career, I have had the honor of participating in the restoration and setting up of major museums in Rome, such as the Borghese Gallery Museum, Altemps Palace, the Argentina Theater, the Napoleon Museum, and the Burcardo Museum. I am familiar with Rome and the historic center, and can therefore recommend interesting and unique itineraries.
We have decided to open this B&B to meet as many people as possible and enrich ourselves. We are happy to converse with those who desire it but also respect the privacy of our guests. Our 380 square meter apartment is structured like a hotel, with a private area completely separated from the guest rooms. This way, you can come and go freely and independently while maintaining your privacy.
We offer a reading space with a wide selection of books and magazines, a music corner, and a breakfast room where you can listen to music or browse through some publications. In addition, I collect vintage cars such as the American Oldsmobile Delta88 Royale Cabriolet from 1974, the English Morris Minor Cabriolet from 1960, and a motorcycle with a sidecar from 1938. We organize driver/guide tours to show you the city in an original and fun way.

The architect, Euro Rossi, has decided to renovate his house and offer a B&B service to guests, sharing his knowledge of Rome and its museums.
