Barletta, an eclectic city with a thousand secret and magical faces, with small Arabesque nuances that are nestled in noble palaces. Barletta is not only a city that supports slow and sustainable mobility, with its countless cycle paths like the one that runs along the kilometer-long west beach, but it is also a dynamic and modern city.
Visit the picturesque Puglian countryside, its vineyards (which produce aromatic wines) and its centuries-old olive groves (in Puglia there are over 60 million centenarian olive trees that give an excellent and fragrant olive oil that, in the first cold pressing, releases scents of ancient essences).
Furthermore, a few kilometers from Barletta is Canne della Battaglia, where on August 2nd, 216 B.C., the Romans were defeated by Hannibal (excavations).
