Located just 300 meters from the Basilica, our apartment offers a cozy family hospitality. This elegant structure with independent entrance and private bathroom is located in a quiet area, ideal as a starting point to explore the surrounding beauty. Just 3 km from the sea and 5 km from the A14 exit, the apartment is also surrounded by the historic walls of Loreto, with its bastions that invite you to discover the spirituality and art of the place.
The house extends over 90 square meters, completely renovated in 2007 and located on the second floor. It offers two double bedrooms and one single, all equipped with TV on request, with access to a fully equipped kitchen. Amenities include bed linen and towels, shower, free outdoor parking, and for pet lovers, the possibility to bring their own pets. For children under three years old, the stay is free, and for longer stays, we offer interesting discounts.
From the terrace, you will enjoy a breathtaking view that ranges from the sanctuary of Loreto to the Adriatic coast. It is a perfect place for a relaxing weekend or a longer vacation, immersed in the tranquility and beauty of this region.
Not only spirituality: the area offers multiple activities for sports enthusiasts. From the nearby Conero Park, routes for mountain biking, trekking, and horseback riding start. We also offer windsurfing, kite-surfing, and catamaran sailing courses. For golf enthusiasts, the Conero Golf Club in Sirolo is easily accessible.
We invite you to discover the historic and artistic sites of the hinterland, such as the town of Giacomo Leopardi in Recanati, only 10 km away, and the fascinating Frasassi Caves, a 50-minute drive away.
