Elementa
Elementa is a new hospitality project specifically designed for young travelers. The concept was born from Maria Carmela's passion for nature and Stefano's experience in the tourism industry. The building that houses this establishment dates back to 1940 and was originally the dormitory of the nearby church of Sant'Andrea, located just outside the walls of the historic center of Conversano. In the 1960s, it was expanded with new floors, and in 2015, it was completely restored following the principles of eco-sustainability. The room furnishings evoke the "arte povera" style of the past, enriched by beautiful drawings created by Vito Savino, representing each element of nature.
Enjoy a delicious Italian breakfast! There are a total of 5 types of espresso available, including an organic one, and for true coffee lovers, there is also the possibility to taste a Neapolitan coffee prepared with a vintage coffee maker from the 1950s.
Pair your coffee with tasty donuts, tarts, dipping sweets, and homemade croissants. Additionally, you will find fresh fruit juices, smoothies, dried fruits, and occasional dairy surprises.
