The recently renovated property is located on the first floor and can be accessed via an exterior staircase. Inside, it offers three double rooms furnished in a modern style with attention to detail, each equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, desk, chair, and kettle. Each room ensures maximum comfort with pillows of various sizes, a duvet, and a private bathroom complete with toiletries and a hairdryer.
The common area is designed to provide relaxation, featuring a reading nook and all the essentials for an Italian breakfast, available in convenient self-service single portions. Guests can take advantage of the refrigerator, coffee capsule machine, tea, and ginseng. An outdoor terrace completes the available spaces.
The stay is made even more convenient with a self-check-in system using a keycard and numeric keypad. Access is available from 4:00 PM, and the code is provided on the day of arrival. Throughout the stay, guests can always receive assistance or recommendations on restaurants, activities, and city transport through a dedicated chat.

We are Dino and Debora, a young couple who loves trekking, fishing, and outdoor activities. We enjoy traveling and immersing ourselves in the traditions and customs of the places we visit. We decided to open our B&B in Olbia driven by our strong sense of hospitality. Double D House is located along Corso Vittorio Veneto, one of the main streets in Olbia, in a strategic area that allows for easy movement and provides access to all essential services, including supermarkets, laundries, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, and shops.
Its central location enables guests to comfortably walk to Corso Umberto, which is the heart of shopping and city life, filled with restaurants and entertainment venues. The Olbia train station is also nearby, just 350 meters away, as is the Basilica of San Simplicio, known for its necropolis and historical and cultural significance.
Connections to the Isola Bianca port and Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport are convenient due to the Aspo transport line, with a stop just a short walk from the property. For those who enjoy sports and leisure activities, Parco Fausto Noce is easily accessible. This green space features equipped areas, sports fields, a nature trail, and an arena.
The beautiful beaches in the area are also easily reachable; Pittulongu, the nearest beach, is about 8 km away and can be conveniently accessed by bus via the Aspo line, with a stop just a few minutes' walk from the B&B.
