Located on the noble first floor, the property features three independent two-room apartments, carefully designed by Paolo and Mariella to provide cozy and functional spaces, perfect for long stays. The accommodations overlook the interior courtyard of the palace, ensuring a tranquil and private atmosphere.
Among these, the apartment known as “Il Pozzo” holds a particularly enchanting feature: the ancient domestic well, no longer in use, has been uncovered with its original thresholds and basin made of piperno, linked to the legend of the “Munaciello,” the mysterious spirit of Neapolitan folklore. Guests also have access to a spacious living room, enhanced by a selection of books about local traditions, a computer station with a printer, and a 42-inch TV.
The property prioritizes safety, equipped with fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, and a surveillance system. Every morning, a self-service breakfast is provided with packaged products, allowing guests to start their day with complete independence.
