We offer well-furnished double rooms and apartments, available both as Bed & Breakfast and as Residence. The types of accommodation include rooms, apartments, and holiday homes, all for exclusive use. The capacity of the guests varies from 2 to 4 people, with the possibility of adding an extra bed. We are pleased to welcome your four-legged friends as well, as the property is pet-friendly. The features of the apartments include a double bedroom, possibly a single bedroom with a queen-size bed, a living room with a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and oven. In addition, the apartments have a bathroom with a whirlpool bath and, in some cases, a private garden with a gazebo and sofas. The size of the accommodations is approximately 60 square meters. The double rooms feature a double bed, with the possibility of adding a sofa bed. Each room has its own private bathroom and a kitchenette for breakfast, equipped with a mini-fridge, coffee machine, microwave, and kettle. Furthermore, the rooms have a terrace and a private garden. The capacity of the double rooms is 2 or 3 people. In this case as well, four-legged friends are welcome. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and TV. Standard services include check-in from 4:00 pm, although we will do our best to accommodate any different needs. Check-out is scheduled by 9:00 am. We provide bed linen and towels, hairdryer, soaps, detergents, and tableware. Air conditioning, TV, and Wi-Fi are included in the price. Guests of the apartments can use the kitchen. Water, gas, and electricity consumption are included in the price. As already mentioned, our property is pet-friendly. Additionally, we offer some amenities such as mineral water, sugar, salt, and spices.
