We offer well-furnished double rooms and apartments, available both as Bed & Breakfast and as Residence.

We are pleased to welcome your four-legged friends as well, as the property is pet-friendly.
The features of the apartments include a double bedroom, possibly a single bedroom with a queen-size bed, a living room with a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and oven. In addition, the apartments have a bathroom with a whirlpool bath and, in some cases, a private garden with a gazebo and sofas. The size of the accommodations is approximately 60 square meters.
The double rooms feature a double bed, with the possibility of adding a sofa bed. Each room has its own private bathroom and a kitchenette for breakfast, equipped with a mini-fridge, coffee machine, microwave, and kettle. Furthermore, the rooms have a terrace and a private garden.
The capacity of the double rooms is 2 or 3 people. In this case as well, four-legged friends are welcome. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and TV.
Standard services include check-in from 4:00 pm, although we will do our best to accommodate any different needs. Check-out is scheduled by 9:00 am. We provide bed linen and towels, hairdryer, soaps, detergents, and tableware. Air conditioning, TV, and Wi-Fi are included in the price. Guests of the apartments can use the kitchen. Water, gas, and electricity consumption are included in the price. As already mentioned, our property is pet-friendly. Additionally, we offer some amenities such as mineral water, sugar, salt, and spices.
Our delightful breakfast served in our B&B is a genuine pleasure for the senses. In the morning, you will find a selection of hot beverages such as coffee, milk, and soy milk, perfect for starting the day with energy. If you prefer a refreshing drink, you can choose from the fruit juices we offer. We accompany your beverages with a variety of sweet temptations, including croissants, brioches, cookies, and toast. To make your breakfast even more indulgent, we provide butter, jams, and Nutella. Our goal is to pamper you from the morning, offering a complete and delightful breakfast experience that will help you start the day in the best possible way.
The apartment is located in an ideal position, within short distance from Fiumicino Airport and the New Rome Fair. Situated in the area of Parco Leonardo Shopping Center, it enjoys convenient connection with the FM1 Metropolitan Train. Thanks to this efficient railway line, you can reach the airport in just 5 minutes, the New Rome Fair in another 5 minutes, and the center of Rome in approximately 25 minutes. This strategic location allows you to enjoy easy access to important destinations, whether for business purposes or to visit the wonders of the Eternal City.
