Thanks to the materials used in the ancient construction, the apartment maintains a constant temperature of 22 degrees, even during the hottest summers. To make your check-in easier, we provide you with a safe box with a personalized code that contains the house keys.
Inside the apartment, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a TV room with two comfortable sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, a relaxation area next to a cistern of probable Roman origin, and your bedroom. To immerse yourself in the past, all you have to do is go down the stairs and you will find a cellar probably built during the Roman era.

After careful renovation that respected the original materials and structure, we have equipped the apartment with all modern comforts, such as a controlled mechanical ventilation system (VMC) that ensures a constant exchange of air.
