The Bed and Breakfast Domus Quiritum is located in the heart of Rome, in the Prati district, which was once known as Prati di San Pietro.
In just 10 minutes on foot, you can reach St. Peter's by crossing the characteristic medieval neighborhood of Borgo.
Villa Borghese, Piazza del Popolo, Castel Sant'Angelo, and the Gianicolo hill are easily accessible with a short walk.
Less than 5 minutes away is the Lepanto station on the A line of the metro, which allows you to reach the train station, the Colosseum, and the Roman Forum.
The location is optimal and strategic as a starting point to visit the most important places in the city. The neighborhood is elegant, clean, and safe during the day, with a wide choice of shops (supermarkets, pharmacies, tobacconists, bars, typical restaurants, pizzerias, and artisanal ice cream shops). At night, it is quiet and far from annoying noises.
The house and the building have recently been renovated and offer all the comforts of a modern home. We are located on the second floor, with an elevator, and the rooms are spacious and bright, overlooking the fountain of Piazza dei Quiriti.
Our guests are always welcomed warmly, finding tranquility and discretion in the house, and they can rely on our availability for any need or advice about the city. We also offer the possibility of accompanying them to the train station or airport and guiding them on more or less unusual cultural itineraries.
Currently, the Italian breakfast is served at the nearby bar, but soon we hope to be able to offer it again here, at our home!
Our breakfast is the typical Italian breakfast, with local and homemade products.
You will be able to delight your palate with:
- Coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate, and tea as much as you like (also available throughout the day);
- Homemade cake;
- Biscuits;
- Packaged Gentilini jams;
- Yogurt, milk, and butter;
- Freshly baked croissants;
- Fruit juices.
For those who have food intolerances (such as celiac disease or lactose intolerance), we are able to personalize the breakfast. Please notify us a few days in advance so that we can organize accordingly.
During holidays and special occasions, the standard breakfast is transformed into a surprising festive breakfast :)
P.S. For those who may not know, Gentilini is a famous Roman biscuit brand, truly delicious!

Hello everyone! We are Alessio and Lucilla, two passionate explorers, always ready to embark on new adventures with our loyal backpack! During our amazing trip to Alaska, we had the opportunity to stay for the first time in a B&B. It was a unique experience: we found a welcoming place, where we had the chance to meet people from all over the world, eager to share their experiences, ideas, and emotions.
It was precisely at that moment that we decided to open the doors of our home to travelers like you. We want to share with you our passion for this exciting city and renew the sense of wonder it gives us every day. We will be happy to welcome you and make you feel at home, offering you an unforgettable experience.
The Prati neighborhood is a relatively young area here in Rome (it was founded in the mid-1800s), but it is extremely well organized. It offers a wide range of shops and restaurants, making it one of the best neighborhoods in Rome to live and spend time in. Located near St. Peter's and the historic center, it is well served by both buses and the metro. During the day, it is lively and bustling, but it becomes calm and safe in the evening.
