Dolce Rame Ortigia
Apartment in Siracusa in the Ortigia
We are located in the lively heart of the enchanting island of Ortigia in Syracuse, precisely in "Alla Giudecca", an ancient and suggestive neighborhood that houses the most important Jewish bath in Europe. All the most representative historical monuments can be reached in a few minutes by walking through the picturesque alleys of Ortigia, in a journey that will make you breathe history, myth, and authenticity. Syracuse, for its extraordinary artistic richness, has been recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.
La Casa Dolce Rame is located on the ground floor of a charming and small ancient building. It has an independent entrance and has been completely renovated with taste and precision. Inside, you will find modern and well-kept spaces.
The house consists of two rooms: a kitchen/living room with a comfortable sofa and a sleeping area with a bedroom. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious and comfortable shower. Relaxation and rest are guaranteed after an intense day dedicated to visiting and admiring the artistic wonders of the city, or after a pleasant day spent at the sea, exploring the protected marine area of Plemmirio, the natural reserves of Vendicari and Calamosche, or simply enjoying the golden beaches of the eastern coast.

Area Ortigia
"The Giudecca", an ancient Jewish quarter located in Ortigia, is now a place rich in creativity and vitality thanks to its workshops, characteristic shops, and charming venues. The "Laboratory of Puppets" is a captivating attraction that combines the charm of the past with a contemporary touch. Just a few steps from here is the Church of San Filippo Apostolo, which preserves historical treasures in its three underground levels. Continuing on, in Piazza del Precursore, stands the Church of San Giovanni Battista, commonly known as San Giovannello, which is built on top of a Paleochristian basilica. Ortigia, in Syracuse, is like an open-air museum that deserves to be discovered.
