Dogana d'Acqua Rooms & Art is located in an ancient 19th century palace, situated in one of the most fascinating areas of the city, Venezia Nuova. This area is characterized by bridges and canals, on whose banks elegant historic buildings built by Venetian masters of the time stand.
The property offers its guests three double rooms, each with a private bathroom, one of which has a delightful terrace overlooking the canals of Venezia Nuova. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, heating, mosquito nets, and Wi-Fi connection. Additionally, we provide guests with a small library with books and information about the city of Livorno. Parking is convenient and located in close proximity to the hotel.
At Dogana d'Acqua Rooms & Art, we offer our guests the opportunity for short or extended stays in a comfortable and private environment. Furthermore, as a domestic art gallery, we host collective or solo exhibitions of internationally renowned Tuscan artists.
We also have three comfortable apartments of different sizes, equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for extended stays with complete autonomy, whether for work, study, or tourism purposes.
We are pleased to welcome your four-legged friends as well, but we kindly ask that you do not leave them alone in the rooms. Our staff will be happy to assist you and speak to you in Italian, English, French, and German.
In our facilities you will find everything you need to prepare tea or coffee with cookies independently; we have agreements with two bars in the area for an excellent Italian breakfast.

Our apartments are located in the historic center of Livorno, between the Venezia Nuova and the Pontino, which are the most characteristic areas of the city. Nearby there are several bars, clubs and typical taverns and in 10 minutes on foot you arrive in Piazza della Repubblica and the historic central market and in Via Grande, the shopping street of Livorno. Also not far away is the library and the city museum at the "Bottini dell'olio" and the tourist port, with embarkations for Capraia, Corsica and Sardinia.
