This dwelling, built between 1600 and 1800, has recently been fully renovated and exclusively uses clean energy sources (solar energy through photovoltaic panels for electricity, thermal solar panels for hot water and no use of gas). The structure boasts three rooms, all equipped with every comfort and a private bathroom. Additionally, you can enjoy a comfortable shared area where you can relax, watch TV, listen to music, and a beautiful inner courtyard where you can read and meditate in peace. You will also have access to a large garden with a view of the sea and hills, with an area for sunbathing, a vegetable garden, an orchard, and a parking area with three car spaces and a column for electric car charging.
