This dwelling, built between 1600 and 1800, has recently been fully renovated and exclusively uses clean energy sources (solar energy through photovoltaic panels for electricity, thermal solar panels for hot water and no use of gas). The structure boasts three rooms, all equipped with every comfort and a private bathroom. Additionally, you can enjoy a comfortable shared area where you can relax, watch TV, listen to music, and a beautiful inner courtyard where you can read and meditate in peace. You will also have access to a large garden with a view of the sea and hills, with an area for sunbathing, a vegetable garden, an orchard, and a parking area with three car spaces and a column for electric car charging.
Every morning, a delicious Ligurian breakfast awaits you, with freshly baked homemade cake, fresh yogurt, crunchy biscuits, seasonal fruit jam, fragrant toast, high-quality butter, soft focaccia, aromatic coffee, and hot tea. Additionally, if you have specific dietary requirements, we will be happy to provide you with a customized breakfast tailored to your needs.

Hello! We are Tiziana and Giuseppe, happily married for a short time. We bought this house when it was just an old dovecote, but we transformed it with all the love we had into a wonderful structure. We are waiting for you to let you discover this magical place, immersed in nature and tranquility.
We named our property "Of Green and Blue" because from the house you can admire the colors of the green hills, the blue of the sea and the sky. Here, at any time of the year, you can experience unforgettable emotions.
