The Ancient Residence San Rocco is a charming holiday accommodation located in the heart of the picturesque historic center of Pitigliano, a fascinating tufa village in the wonderful region of Maremma Tuscany. This village has been awarded the title of one of the most beautiful villages in Italy and the Orange Flag by the prestigious Italian Touring Club.
Our structure is located within the suggestive Archaeological Park of the Cities of Tuff and we are a short distance from the renowned Terme di Sorano and Saturnia, the picturesque Lake Bolsena, the sea and the fascinating art cities.
You will have the opportunity to stay in an ancient dwelling dating back to the 1300s, immersing yourself in the medieval atmospheres of one of the most charming Tuscan historic villages, while enjoying all the comforts of the city center.

We are located in Pitigliano, a delightful town in the province of Grosseto, situated in the wonderful southern part of the Tuscan Maremma. Here, you will be close to the Terme di Saturnia, Terme di Sorano, and the picturesque Lake Bolsena, which you can easily reach in just 30 minutes. However, if you wish to experience the Tuscan coast, with its splendid beaches in Argentario, Follonica, and Capalbio, it will only take an hour's journey.
