In September 2019, while strolling through the picturesque streets of the delightful village of Coimo, Nicoletta and Michael were captivated by the beauty of a house that had long enchanted them. Luckily, fate had it that this beloved house was finally up for sale. And so, after a few weeks, Nicoletta and Michael became the happy owners of this marvelous abode.
Originally built in the distant year of 1600, the Coimo house was once the residence of people from the same village. These people, like many others in the valley, emigrated to France and the Netherlands and made fortunes as skilled goldsmiths. However, it was customary for these families to return to their homeland and build splendid homes. This was the case for the Zanoletti family. Unfortunately, over the years, the building changed hands and, by 2019, it had been abandoned for decades.
After two years of passionate work, efforts, and great determination, the new Arch Residence has finally opened its doors to travelers eager for history, art, and joy.
Our cozy B&B features three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. Each room has a private bathroom and offers a range of amenities, including a television, Wi-Fi connection, hairdryer, and more. Every room is elegantly furnished, creating an atmosphere of times gone by where you can relax and enjoy your stay in total comfort.
Our delightful breakfasts are served at the communal table, creating an opportunity for our guests to make new acquaintances with other travelers. It is not uncommon for conversations to extend in merriment, with the hosts loving to share their experiences and listen to the stories of others.
