A short distance away is the Marina di Cassano (reachable by taking Via delle Rose and then the elevator) with its beach resorts and seafood restaurants.
A few minutes' walk away is the Circumvesuviana station in Piano di Sorrento, from where trains depart connecting the Sorrentine Peninsula with Pompeii and Naples. There are also bus lines to Positano nearby. The center of Sorrento can also be reached on foot (a half-hour walk) or by bus/train.
