We are pleased to welcome you to our seaside villa, a tranquil retreat located just a short walk from the beautiful Baia Paradiso. This residence, situated only 10 meters from the sandy and pebble beach, is perfect for those seeking a vacation filled with relaxation and comfort, complete with a lifeguard during the summer months. The villa, recently renovated and furnished in March 2020, features spacious and bright areas spread over two levels.
On the ground floor, you'll find an elegant open space that includes a living area with an extra-large sofa bed, a 60-inch TV with free access to Netflix and Prime Video, a fully equipped kitchen with a peninsula, and a dining area. Outdoors, a cozy courtyard with a lounge area, a hot water shower, and an internal garden create a perfect setting for outdoor dinners, enhancing the relaxing atmosphere of the home. Also on the ground floor, a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower provides both comfort and style.
Upstairs, you will discover a spacious master bedroom, equipped with a 24-inch TV, a walk-in closet, a safe, and a large balcony with a sea view, ideal for listening to the sound of the waves. The residence also offers Wi-Fi, mosquito screens, and air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort in every season.
Located just 1.6 km from the historic center of Termoli, the villa's position allows you to explore the charm of the "Molise that doesn't exist," with its hidden treasures. We are always available to recommend the best restaurants, cocktail bars, and places to visit, as well as suggest nearby Padel courts and CrossFit gyms for sports enthusiasts.
Safety is a priority: the residence is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detection systems, as well as a first aid kit. With its two gardens and double parking space, the villa is the perfect choice for a family or friends' vacation, offering a blend of relaxation, comfort, and fun.

We offer cooking classes by reservation directly at our facility, or dinners prepared by private chefs to make your experience even more special. For stays longer than 15 days during June, July, and August, we provide a complimentary cooking class for two, a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the authentic flavors of our region.
We would be happy to recommend routes and tours to explore Molise, a region full of surprises. Just a few kilometers away, you can visit charming places like Civitacampomarano, the village of murals, along with many other enchanting towns. We are just 1.6 km from the historic center of Termoli, known as the Federiciano center. Nearby, you can easily reach shopping centers and various local activities by car. The port is also 1.6 km away, while the MACTE Contemporary Art Museum is located 1.8 km from us.
