Our guests at the Delfino Azzurro Hotel will have the opportunity to savor delicious traditional dishes at the renowned Vecchia Osteria da Umberto restaurant, one of Loreto's historic venues. Since 1949, the hotel's restaurant has been offering seafood specialties, grilled meat, and local dishes such as the famous "vincisgrassi".
The strong point of this place is its familiar atmosphere and central location, only 100 meters from Piazza della Basilica. Every morning, a rich and varied breakfast is offered to all hotel guests at the restaurant, to start the day exploring Loreto on the right foot. The Piazza is just 100 meters away.
Our restaurant, managed by Lina, guarantees an inviting culinary experience, prepared with genuine local ingredients. Here you can taste the typical cuisine of the Marche region, flavorful and tasty, with a wide choice of menus that will satisfy all tastes.
Breakfast is not included in the room rate, but can be added at a cost of 10 euros per person. It is a plentiful breakfast, served by Adriano and not in buffet style. The offering is varied, with a wide choice of hot and cold drinks, sweet and savory items, to satisfy every preference: bread, butter, jam, fruit juices, water, brioche, honey, chocolate, fruit, cold cuts, and cheese.
The restaurant is only open for lunch and exclusively offers local food and wine products. You can find appetizers, first courses, side dishes, and desserts. Main courses are available by reservation only, with at least 24 hours' notice, for both individuals and groups.

Adriano and Lina are two excellent hosts: at the Blue Dolphin Hotel in Loreto, they take care of everything with great dedication. From welcoming guests to cooking, from managing the hotel to every aspect necessary to keep the business running. Their experience is deeply rooted and that is the secret of their success, which has allowed them to continue in the hospitality industry for so many years.
The hotel's story began back in 1955, with Adriano's parents, Umberto and Maria Elisa. Over time, the structure, dating back to 1600, has been transformed, while preserving the beauty of the surrounding landscape.
The hotel's proximity to the city center is one of its strengths, as well as Lina's excellent cuisine. She personally takes care of the hotel's dining, offering typical dishes from the Marche region, prepared with care and love, using selected ingredients.
Perhaps you didn't know, but Lina is also an exceptional artist. The numerous paintings that decorate the hotel, each with a certificate of authenticity, are her work. The beautiful representations that embellish the hotel's spaces and rooms are a delight for the eyes of all guests.
With ever new styles and techniques, these acrylic paintings began as a hobby, from a talented hand that loved to paint since childhood, and then turned into a true passion. Lina embarked on a career as an artist, thanks to the high demand for her works (some of which are for sale).
Since 2011, Lina has painted 225 paintings, dating them and drawing inspiration from always new subjects. It is not surprising that many fall in love with the works of this talented painter, who has captivated numerous guests in recent years during their stay at the hotel.
Area city center
Our accommodation is run by a family. You will definitely not find the luxury and comfort of modern hotels, but we guarantee our availability from 7:00 in the morning until midnight every day.
Another highlight is the proximity to the Sanctuary. We make sure to have everything ready upon your arrival: essential services such as Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and a new elevator that will take you comfortably to your room.
The bar is reserved for our in-house guests and is not open to the public.
At the time of booking, we will ask you for a mobile phone number to contact you in case of need or emergency.
To ensure maximum hygiene and tranquility for all our guests, we cannot accept dogs, even small ones.
The property does not have air conditioning or a minibar. Just 30 meters from Pensione Delfino Azzurro, you will find our garage, available upon reservation and for a small extra charge. In addition, there is free parking 700 meters from our property.
There is also a public parking lot 150 meters away with hourly and daily rates, and in front of the property there is a reserved parking space for disabled guests. Although our guesthouse is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), on holidays it is possible to reach it and park for a few minutes to load or unload luggage (in piazza Giovanni XXIII, 15), leave documents, and take possession of the room. Afterwards, you can follow the instructions provided to park your car.
Don't worry, there will be no fines during this process. Buses can also access following the same procedures.
