Rooms are on the second floor of a building in the historic centre, for this reason there is no lift. Every room has a private bathroom with shower and sanitation, television, hairdrier, double glazing windows, air-conditioning, frigobar.
To be more independent you can have your breakfast in your room, where there is a coffee machine Lavazza (italian best coffee) to prepare coffee, the, cappuccino. You will find also packed products: snack, biscuits, rusks, marmalades and chocolate cream, fruit juices and milk.

My name is Vasco and I have practically always lived in my beloved Lerici, a beautiful little town by the sea in the Gulf of Poets. In 2007, I started hosting people from all over the world in my rooms, and it's something that I really enjoy and find entertaining. Lerici is a limited traffic zone; in the price of the room it is included the pass to transit in Lerici.
You can park in Valata Park at the price of 10 Euros daily. The parking is situated along the sea in front of the beaches, far 900 meters from the center of Lerici, but you can enter in Lerici and park the car momentarily (near the fountain of Piazza Garibaldi) to unload the baggages. Then we will explain you where to park your car in the parking for tourists.
