The room is located within the owners' apartment, but don't worry: your privacy is assured. It features a private bathroom right next door and includes all the essential comforts for a short stay, such as air conditioning, WiFi, TV, and more. Although breakfast is not provided, you will find a refrigerator, a coffee maker with pods, and a kettle for tea and infusions available for your use.
Additionally, you'll have access to a balcony that offers a wide view of an athletics field, with no buildings in front to obstruct the scenery (check out the photos!).
The location is perfect: the fairground is just a 10-minute walk away, the city center can be reached in 15 minutes by bus, and the highway is only a 7-minute drive away.
There are two of us, and we deeply value everyone's privacy. We appreciate our peace and quiet, but we also enjoy the chance to meet those who stay in our home, even if it's just for a few days. We have a room set aside for guests, and for the rest, we just need our own space.
The area is peaceful and quiet, just 100 meters from the main road, where you can find everything you need. There is a bus stop, a coin-operated laundry, a café, and a supermarket nearby, making your stay even more convenient and enjoyable.
