Although breakfast is not provided, you will find a refrigerator, a coffee maker with pods, and a kettle for tea and infusions available for your use. Additionally, you'll have access to a balcony that offers a wide view of an athletics field, with no buildings in front to obstruct the scenery (check out the photos!). The location is perfect: the fairground is just a 10-minute walk away, the city center can be reached in 15 minutes by bus, and the highway is only a 7-minute drive away.
