Our B&B is located just 15 minutes by car from the sea (or 25 minutes by bus), at the foot of Castello Hill, in a quiet location close to the heart of the city's historic center.
Our guests can enjoy the peace of the numerous parks and gardens surrounding us and easily reach the Poetto beach by bus, whose stop is less than 100 meters away!
In addition, near our property, you can find monuments, places of interest, and the city's main museums.
Our property has a code access system that will allow you to access your room independently and at any time after the opening hours of check-in.
We offer three rooms, all equipped with a private bathroom.
Each room is equipped with air conditioning/heat pump, window screens, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator with a freezer drawer, Chromecast TV, and wifi connection.
All rooms are furnished with a wardrobe, a table and two chairs, a mirror, and a bed measuring 160x190x25. In each bathroom, you will find a hairdryer, face/shower towels, shampoo, and shower gel.

When we decided to open the doors of our home, our intention was to welcome you as friends visiting our wonderful island. The recently built apartment is furnished in a modern style and the rooms are spacious, bright and equipped with every comfort. Furthermore, wifi is free and fast, allowing you to stay connected at all times.
We are a young couple who love to share convivial moments and host people from all over the world. We are passionate about good food and outdoor excursions. In addition, we like to tell the story, traditions and customs of the city of Cagliari and its inhabitants. We will be happy to listen to your stories and share an aperitif together, while you tell us about your city. Moreover, if you let us know with 24 hours' notice, we will be happy to welcome you even outside the traditional check-in times.
We are in the La Vega district, just a few steps from Castello and the historic district of Villanova. The name La Vega comes from Spanish and means "the vegetable garden". When the Aragonese took over the city from the Pisans, they found cultivated fields here that produced everything necessary for the nobility who resided within the city walls. The name has remained to indicate the current neighborhood, built starting from 1930. The historic center, museums, and shopping streets are reachable in just 10 minutes on foot, crossing the beautiful panoramic walkway of Terrapieno. Three of the city's main parks are less than 300 meters away: Parco della Musica, Giardini Pubblici, and Parco di Monte Claro, along with some of the most beautiful views such as the viewpoint of Viale Buoncamino. Here, you will find all the main services within walking distance: market, post office, bank, ATM, pub, pizzerias, opera house, nightclubs, pharmacy, and hospital. The university is only 150 meters away. Public transport stops are about 50 meters away and allow you to reach the city center in less than 5 minutes and Poetto beach in 20 minutes.
