The "Da Ferro" Bed and Breakfast is located in Piano di Conca (a small center in Versilia) along Sarzanese street, close to historic places that include a renowned restaurant known in the area for its home-cooked cuisine, a bar, and a grocery store, all with the name "Da Ferro". Situated near the Apuan Alps, the B&B is only 4 kilometers away from the sea and the famous coastal city of Viareggio, well-known for its beaches and the famous Carnival that attracts people from all over the world, thanks to the large paper mache constructions made for the occasion. The structure is spread over two floors and offers 3 spacious rooms, as well as a common breakfast room. Each room has an approximate size of 20 square meters and is equipped with a bathroom with shower, autonomous heating, television, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi internet connection. Additionally, there are two mini apartments of approximately 35 square meters, which also include a kitchen. The decoration of each room follows a fresh and Provencal style. At the back of the structure, there is an illuminated parking reserved for customers, as well as a small garden.
