The Country Hill B&B is situated at an altitude of 750 meters above sea level, on the slopes of the "Alpe di Poti". The spacious residence, divided into two apartments available to our guests, as well as a small area reserved for our family, is surrounded by a vast and well-kept lawn, surrounded by a charming forest of oaks and cypresses, offering a wonderful panoramic view of the city of Arezzo.
Our structure is perfect for those who, after spending a day exploring the many tourist attractions in the area, wish to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
In the immediate vicinity of the property, there are interesting paths marked by the CAI and splendid roads ideal for cycling and mountain biking excursions. Furthermore, the route of a stage of the 2016 Giro d'Italia passed just a few steps from our Country Hill B&B.
My father built this house on the ruins of an ancient farmhouse, reusing the original materials. Here, I spent many wonderful summers of my childhood with my brother and my numerous cousins. Even today, it is a privileged place to welcome families with children, who can play freely in the vast, fully fenced garden.
In the morning, Mamma Daniela will be happy to delight you with a selection of exquisite homemade delicacies. You can enjoy a delicious cake made with love, such as apple cake, or a tart with jam made from last summer's fresh fruit. Additionally, there are chocolate cakes and a soft pound cake with pine nuts. For the sweet-toothed, there are high-quality biscuits, both store-bought and homemade.
To accompany these delights, you will have a variety of options: fresh bread, butter, and jams, whole honey, cereals, yogurt, milk, tea, coffee, and fragrant herbal teas.
If you prefer something savory, just let us know before your arrival. You can savor the delicious local cured meats and cheeses, accompanied by olive oil produced from the olives of the family's olive grove and homemade bread.
