The company is located 500 meters from the sea, famous for the transparency and colors of the water; near the splendid beaches of Porto Tramatzu, Chia, Tuerredda, Cala Zafferano and Dune Bianche.
Immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, it is 4 kilometers from the town and a few minutes by car from the new tourist port; and from the beautiful panoramic coastal road, about 30 km completely free from building speculation.
The company can be reached via the brand new asphalted ecological cycle path (passable also by car or camper), which can be used for cycling, walking or running as it is a nature trail that starts from the village of Teulada and reaches the coast.
The structure has a swimming pool, offers hospitality in independent air-conditioned mini-apartments in masonry (third and fourth bed added in promotion € 15 per person per night, children up to 3 years of age stay free).
