Corte Trullo Sovrano, inserted in the monumental complex of the Trullo Sovrano, located in the center and surrounded by the scents of the Apulian countryside, will make your stay unforgettable, guaranteeing the elegance and hospitality that only this magical land can offer. Our homes located adjacent to the Trullo Sovrano are caressed by a garden and a large vegetable patch where you can enjoy moments of pleasant relaxation and seductive food and wine tours. The white of the lime, the warmth of the stone custodian of our history and the traditional care for the furnishings will warm the souls of our visitors. The structure has three residences all in stone and with independent bathroom, the first called Suite consisting of three rooms of which the entrance is an ancient Trullo from the 1600s inserted in the structure of the Sovereign Trullo which can also be used by disabled people, the second residence called Corte consisting of two rooms from the 19th century and the third residence called Attic consisting of a room with a wooden roof, all finely renovated and furnished and overlooking the garden equipped to let yourself be pampered by the delicacies of the Dulcis pastry shop, the structure's pastry shop which offers Bar, Ice Cream, Pastry and breakfast. From here extends a large usable organic vegetable garden which offers delicious local fruits and vegetables in every season, coloring and enlivening the garden. In the shade of the gazebo and the centuries-old olive tree, a catering area is set up to taste the dishes of the Evo restaurant, an internal restaurant where you can taste the best Apulian dishes accompanied by a good local DOC wine.
