The two rooms are located in an apartment situated on Corso Messina, behind the beautiful seafront of Crotone (via Cristoforo Colombo), in a strategic area for both vacation and business purposes.
The apartment has recently been renovated and consists of a modern kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two beds that can be transformed into a double bed if needed, and two bathrooms. Each room has its own private bathroom, which is very convenient. The double bedroom has the bathroom inside the room, while the twin room has the bathroom just outside.
It is not necessary to use a car to visit the city or go to the main public offices.
The apartment is located on the third floor of a quiet condominium with an elevator. It is 50 meters away from the sea and 400 meters from the city center (Piazza Pitagora). The historical center is easily accessible (approximately 250 meters) thanks to a staircase that leads to the vicinity of the Castle of Carlo V and the beautiful municipal park.

Crotone is situated in an enviable location; it overlooks the sea and has the mountains less than an hour's drive away. The charm of our sea and our rugged coastlines alternating with vast beaches and the sand with its characteristic red color is well known. The extraordinary beauty of the nearby mountain is less known. For instance, in Sila, there is a valley at an altitude of approximately 1900 meters called the Valley of Hell, where the snow is "almost perennial," melting only in the month of June. That's why it is called the "little glacier" of Sila. The place can be reached by a cable car inaugurated in 2018.
