STAY AGREEMENT AT VILLA DEI PRINCIPI
Room Information
Room cost: €52 per night
Towels provided: 2 per guest (small, medium, and large size)
Bed linen provided: Double set

Pillows provided: 2
No additional towel sets will be provided beyond the two included.

Article 1: Services Offered
Breakfast is not included
There is no kitchen available, nor is the provision of food, drinks, water, or kitchen accessories included.

Article 2: Check-in and Check-out
Room check-in time is set at 4: 00 PM
Check-out must be completed by 11: 00 AM
Phone reservations will be considered canceled if no phone reply or confirmation message is received by 2: 00 PM on the day of arrival.

Article 3: Required Documents
ID documents are required for all guests over the age of 14.

Send a photo of the documents via WhatsApp to +39 377 093 0033.

Article 4: Towels
Upon arrival, towels will be provided with the room – for two guests.

No additional towel sets will be provided beyond those included.

Article 5: Payment
Payment can conveniently be made upon departure.

Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer, or via our virtual POS.

A receipt will be issued either in paper form or digitally via WhatsApp or email.

Article 6: Parking
Each guest is entitled to park within the property in one of the spaces marked with red lines.

The entrance gate is always open.

Ring at the reception intercom for any needs.

Proper use of the parking area allows vehicles to be parked and moved at any time without disturbing or being disturbed by other guests. Those who park outside the marked spaces accept that they may be called at any time to move their vehicle.

Article 7: Use of the Room and Facilities
Kitchen use and meal preparation (lunch/dinner) are not allowed.

Breakfast is not included in the service.

There is no laundry service.

Detergent, shampoo, and shower gel are not provided.

Guests may wash clothes or towels in the room bathroom and hang them on the lines available on the balcony.

Please sort waste by paper-plastic-glass-organic-unsorted using the bins provided in the designated balcony area.

Article 8: Room and Guests
The room accommodates two people; no extra beds or additional guests are allowed.

Items forgotten in the room will not be shipped.

Article 9: Payment and Contact Information
Payment must be made the day before departure.

All clauses of this agreement are accepted by the guest.
