The area is pleasant and offers numerous services, including public transport, shops, and supermarkets. In front of the house, there is a kiosk that sells bus tickets, newspapers, and gift items. Right next to it is a bakery called "Arte del Pane" that offers delicious products. Just 200 meters away, there is a small square with a bar, a game room, and, for the ladies' pleasure, a beauty salon and a wellness center. A little further along the same street, there is a take-away pizzeria called "Il Peperoncino" that offers excellent pizzas for all tastes, followed by the restaurant "Vettore". 500 meters away, you will find the restaurant "Nadain" specializing in seafood dishes, and after another 100 meters, there is the LIDL supermarket. Just 1.5 km from the house, there is a bike rental service that will allow you to enjoy pleasant tours along the Brenta Riviera and visit the splendid eighteenth-century villas in the area.
