Room with double bed, en-suite bathroom, heating, flat screen TV, window overlooking Via Amato da Montecassino. Room called "Blue moon" inspired by the song written in 1934 by Richard Rodgers and Lorenz Hart, brought to success by the enchanting voice of Ella Fitzgerald. Fundamental piece for music, an essential jazz standard for those approaching the study of the genre, a unique mix of words and notes, a text full of feeling, sometimes even excessively sugary, which lent itself to a sweet and strongly emotional interpretation by Ella Fitzgerald, and we could not but dedicate a room to this piece.
Double room overlooking the lush shared garden, equipped with double bed, flat screen TV, en-suite bathroom, heating and air conditioning. The room recalls the theme of the beautiful instrumental Blues song, a classic "Blues for Hammond organ and electric guitar" written by Booker T and brought to success by the legendary Blues Brothers in their Film Cult, a beacon for lovers of the genre. The world has rediscovered the Blues thanks to this splendid film, where John Belushi and Dan Aykroyd brought artists of the caliber of Matt Murphy, Steve Jordan, Steve Cropper to the same stage, furthermore the film gave visibility and space (where ever they needed it) to great artists such as John Lee Hoker, Elmore James, Areta Fralnklin, Rey Charles… the complete list is too long. With this room we wanted to pay homage to the Blues in general, enclosing it in the name and in the song that brought it to the ears of "the most"..
Double room overlooking the lush common garden, equipped with a double bed, flat screen TV, heating, air conditioning and private bathroom. With a sofa bed, the room can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people. The room is themed with the song from which it takes its name, "Yellow Submarine" the themed painted environment and the images on the walls will immerse you in the famous Beatles Submarine, accompanying your rest and your reflections through the period of the birth of Rock music in England in the late 60s, when the Beatles literally devastated everything that had been music up to then, from composition to production, from performances to recordings, from the relationship with fans to television appearances. Yellow Submarine was born in a very tense historical and social period teeming with strong emotions, the Beatles opened up new perceptive horizons, the revolutionized use of shapes and colors, the revolution not only in music, but in painting, fashion, photography…maybe it's the most revolutionary song in the history of music.
Double room overlooking the lush common garden, equipped with a double bed, 32" flat screen TV, heating, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom. A comfortable double sofa bed can sleep up to a total of 3/4 people. The “Orange Blossom Special” train inspired the Country composition for violin by Ervin T. Rouse, a classic Southern Country, brought to success by the great Johnny Cash, who gave it new life by adding a text full of meaning and equally warm, narrating the story of the travelers who moved on this "train of hope" with its unmistakable style of the "southern storyteller" ... and we let ourselves be inspired for the theme of this room.

Our beautiful B&B is located in the heart of Materdei's historic district, just 70 meters from the subway station on Line 1. Materdei is one of the oldest and most characteristic neighborhoods in Naples, situated between the lower part of the city and the hilly area, representing ancient Greek Neapolis. Materdei, along with Sanità (the birthplace of the great Totò) and Vergini, was the marvelous setting for the famous film "L'oro di Napoli" (The Gold of Naples). In particular, the renowned episode "Pizze a credito" (Pizza on Credit) was filmed right within this neighborhood, with the unforgettable performances of Sophia Loren in the role of the "pizzaiola" and Paolo Stoppa as the "grieving widower". Recently, the neighborhood has undergone an effective architectural redevelopment, which can be admired especially in its splendid main square, Piazza Scipione Ammirato, where the subway station for Line 1 is also located. This square, renovated in 2003, is characterized by the presence of numerous artworks and architectural elements, such as sculptures, mosaics, and tiles by Chia and Ontani. The Materdei station is part of the famous art circuit "Le Stazioni dell'Arte" (The Art Stations), unique of its kind and a source of pride for the city.
