The B&B is located at the entrance of the village of San Giovanni di Sinis. The Sinis peninsula, known by many as the pearl of the Marine Protected Area, is one of the most charming and unspoiled corners of Sardinia. Sinis is a place with many faces, an enchanted strip of wild and rare beauty characterized by an incredible variety of landscapes, including calm lagoons where you can admire the rich birdlife, gentle hills covered in lush Mediterranean vegetation, crystal-clear waters and quartz beaches renowned for their enchanting whiteness, and archaeological sites of indisputable importance that can satisfy even the most discerning visitor.
The cozy and comfortable B&B offers three tastefully furnished rooms, a spacious indoor lounge with a TV where a plentiful and varied breakfast will be served, an outdoor veranda, a large garden covered by a lively pergola, and a barbecue. Guests have access to a large refrigerator in the lounge, as well as a hairdryer and TV. The price includes accommodation, breakfast, cleaning, and change of bathroom linen every three days and bed linen every six days. Children up to 4 years old stay for free, while children from 5 to 10 years old receive a 30% discount.
The structure, boasting an enviable view of the Mistras lagoon and marina, just to give you an idea, is located 150m from one of the most enchanting beaches in the area, approximately 300m from the oldest church on the Island, 700m from the impressive archaeological site of Tharros, and just over 2km from the Seu Oasis, with its white quartz beaches such as Maimoni, Is Arutas, etc., and the nine-day devotion of San Salvatore with its ancient underground chamber. In the area, you can also enjoy various activities such as boat and horseback excursions, diving, and surf courses.
