- bedroom with ensuite bathroom (1 double bed or 2 single beds)
- bedroom with double bed
- bedroom with single bed (on request 1 single bed can be added or 1 double bed prepared)
- main bathroom
The apartment offers independent heating and air conditioning so you can choose the temperature you prefer.

Upon request, we can provide free cot and high chair.

In summer you will also have a sun umbrella to enjoy the nearby and wide beach of Lido di Venezia.

The apartment is located on the ground floor (2 steps) and there are no bridges to reach the nearby Giardini waterbus stop, making it easy to access even for guests with reduced mobility.

The apartment is located in a very characteristic area, close to the main La Biennale site and a few steps from the lively Via Garibaldi (supermarket, shops, numerous bars and restaurants).

A few steps away is the Giardini waterbus stop served by the main public transport lines so you can easily reach any part of the city and visit the beautiful islands as well.

From the apartment you can also easily reach St. Mark's Square either on foot (a pleasant 15-minute walk along the shore) or by public transport (1 or 2 stops depending on the line).

The apartment is also close to two green areas, one of which is very large and offers children playground and the possibility of practicing some sports: running or walking, but also basketball, football and tennis courts as well as gymnastic equipment that you can use for free.
