Civile 21
The Civile21 apartment is a one-bedroom apartment exclusively for 60 square meters with two large balconies and a fully equipped kitchen. It is located on the second floor with an elevator and has air conditioning.
The bathroom with a shower is ensuite. It is bright, quiet, with a south-facing exposure, and a view of the hills of Costalunga. Inside the apartment, there is a laundry room, complete with a washing machine, ironing board, and iron.

At the apartment, we haven't yet arranged the breakfast service.
However, you can still find several bars nearby for your indulgent breakfasts.
I am available to provide guests with recommendations for the best bars in the vicinity.
The building is located in front of the Civil Hospital and the subway.
Within a 500-meter radius, you can find all services, free parking lots, supermarkets.
The historic center of Brescia can be reached in a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute subway ride.
