Cinquesogni is a guesthouse located in the Piazza Bologna area, on the first floor of an elegant building, strategically located for those who want to explore the city with ease.
The property features five carefully furnished rooms, all with private bathrooms, ideal for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The bright and inviting common area offers a pleasant atmosphere to start the day, where you can socialize while enjoying a delicious coffee. Guests also have access to a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee machine, available in the common area at any time.
Thanks to its proximity to the Bologna metro station, located directly below the property, the historic center is easily accessible in just a few minutes, making DoppioSei an ideal base for visiting Rome.
The day before your arrival, we will send you all the information you need to check in independently by entering a numeric code from 3:00 PM onwards. If you plan to arrive before 3:00 PM, you can access the property using the code you received, but only to leave your luggage in the common area and begin exploring the city. You will not need to take your room key.
Check-out is at 10:00 AM. You must leave your keys in the locker where you will collect them upon arrival and leave your luggage in the common area. You can return to collect your luggage whenever you like using the access code you received, but you will no longer be able to access the rooms that have been sanitized and cleaned for new guests.
Please note that a mandatory tourist tax of €5.00 per person per night applies to non-residents of the Municipality of Rome.
The common area is a great place to meet and socialize while sipping a delicious coffee. Our guests have unlimited use of the common area refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker.

The Standard room has a private bathroom with a shower (with soap dispenser), bidet, hairdryer, and a full set of bed and bath linens. The accommodation includes one double bed, with an optional third bed available upon request for an additional fee.
