The one-bedroom apartments can accommodate up to 3 people, with the double room (Black & White) accommodating 2 people and the Color option allowing for up to 4 people.

The recently renovated apartments, suitable for non-smokers, are located on the ground floor and first floor of a building dating back to the early 1900s. They offer spacious and extremely comfortable environments, characterized by contemporary design.
They are the ideal choice for both short stays and longer periods, perfect for those traveling for business or for those who want to spend a tourist vacation in a welcoming and peaceful place.
The apartments are equipped with a fully functional and equipped kitchen, which includes a microwave, refrigerator, stove (induction in the case of the Color option), coffee machine, and kettle.
The living room features a dining area with seating for 4 people, as well as a relaxation area with a 32-inch TV and free internet connection.
The Black & White bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the living room features a sofa bed. In the case of the Color option, upon request, the double bed can be transformed into two single beds, and the living room features a twin sofa bed.
Both apartments have a private bathroom, complete with a wall-mounted hairdryer, shower caps, single-use soap, and shampoo.
In terms of services, a complete change of linen is carried out every week, and the apartment undergoes thorough cleaning. Additionally, a complete change of bath towels is provided.
In terms of facilities, the apartments are equipped with a certified electrical system, ensuring the safety of guests. Furthermore, there is an autonomous heating system, also certified, which can be independently regulated using a programmable thermostat.
Both apartments provide a range of amenities to ensure a pleasant stay. You will find an espresso coffee machine with capsules, a kettle for making tea, as well as a selection of pastries, jams, Nutella, and biscuits for a delightful breakfast. To accompany it all, fresh fruit juice will also be available.
