This welcoming apartment is located at the entrance to the historic center of the characteristic village of Braone, surrounded by a unique territory, recognized by UNESCO as a MAB Biosphere Reserve (Man and the Biosphere Programme) for its extraordinary biodiversity and cultural richness.

The Apartment
Chichibbio is a complete apartment, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay:
Two independent bedrooms: one double and a second with a single bed and a bunk bed, with the possibility of adding an additional bed on request.

Equipped kitchen: small but functional, complete with moka, coffee, sugar, oil, salt, pepper and vinegar in sufficient quantities for a weekend.

Three mountain bikes in good condition are available on request, ideal for exploring the surroundings.

Chichibbio Casa Vacanza is located at the gates of the historic center of Braone, in a quiet area, surrounded by greenery between Pizzo Badile and Concarena, majestic Camune mountains, this independent apartment offers a simple and functional welcome, perfect for a holiday dedicated to nature and relaxation. The accommodation has two separate bedrooms, one double and one with a single bed and a bunk bed, with the possibility of adding an additional bed on request. The kitchen is small but well equipped, the modern bathroom is complete with shower and the balcony overlooks the surrounding landscape, offering a pleasant view.

At the disposal of guests and upon prior notice in booking, there are three bicycles in good condition, ideal for exploring the surroundings rich in cultural and naturalistic itineraries. Ski facilities easily reachable by car in less than an hour. In front of the entrance there is a large free public car park, while access to the structure is through a recently renovated consortium courtyard, which preserves the charm of traditional architecture.

The apartment is equipped with a photovoltaic system and thermal panels, and is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay: sheets, towels, extra blankets, washing machine, dishwasher, gas oven, fridge with freezer, dishes and a small kit of basic cooking supplies. There is no shortage of safety equipment such as a fire extinguisher, first aid kit and monoxide, smoke and gas detectors. Wi-Fi connection is available, but its quality may vary based on local coverage.

Hospitality is taken care of directly by the owner, who lives on the upper floor and is available for any need. Small and medium-sized pets are welcome, with a supplement for final cleaning, to be agreed in advance. The stay is regulated by a rental contract, signed upon arrival. The presence of fountains with spring water a few meters away completes the experience in an authentic, silent and regenerating context
