Situated on the fifth floor, it can be accessed by elevator up to the fourth floor, with a final flight of stairs to walk. Despite being in a lively and popular area, the view overlooking the internal courtyard ensures peace and quiet.
Completely renovated in April 2023, the accommodation blends antique elements with modern details. It features a bright master bedroom with a king-size bed, a fitted wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom, a living area with a sofa bed, dining table, and a small internal terrace, as well as a well-equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, and Nespresso machine. The spaces are air-conditioned and equipped with autonomous heating.
