The B&B "Once upon a time" is located in the heart of Assisi, in an ancient convent of enclosed nuns, later transformed into a carpentry shop, where my father worked with passion and dedication. The affection he transmitted in his work and to us is still alive within the walls that surround this structure. The renovation lasted many years, but its location in a characteristic alley, the vaulted ceilings, and the stone walls, along with modern furnishings, make the B&B a unique and peaceful place. In this city, the homeland of St. Francis and St. Clare, you can enjoy the peace and serenity that only Assisi can offer. Our rooms have been completely renovated and carefully furnished in 2022, seeking to enhance the ancient medieval remains in typical pink Assisi stone and the ceilings with exposed beams. Each room is equipped with all the comforts: free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, complimentary amenities (coffee machine and kettle), hairdryer, bed linen and towels, samples of personal hygiene products (shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, hand soap, and cleaning kit), refrigerator, free crib upon request, air conditioning, and heating. We will always be at your disposal, both by phone and in person, as we live just a few minutes away from the property. Additionally, upon your arrival in the room, we will provide you with a detailed city map with the main attractions, a brief description of them, and directions to reach them.
