The apartment, located on the ground floor, has been fully renovated to provide guests with a relaxing and comfortable stay in a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. Upon arrival, guests will be greeted with a welcome cocktail in the living area, which features a 40” television with internet access to major entertainment platforms and complimentary Wi-Fi. The adjacent kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances to ensure maximum convenience. The completely refurbished bathroom and the bedroom, furnished with all the comforts, complete the apartment's spaces.
La Casetta Fenech is an air-conditioned apartment consisting of a double bedroom, with the option to add an extra bed or a crib upon request, a living room with a sofa bed, and a kitchen featuring an induction cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, dishware, pots, and glasses, along with a renovated bathroom equipped with a bidet and shower. Towels, a courtesy set (body wash-shampoo), a hairdryer, and bed linens are provided. Safety is ensured through devices such as external video surveillance, a safe, a fire extinguisher, smoke detectors, and a first aid kit.
Guests have unrestricted access to all areas of La Casetta Fenech and, in addition to the welcome cocktail, can enjoy discounts at local businesses and tourist sites. A Mercedes transfer service to and from the airport is available for €30 each way. Additionally, a free guided tour of the Palatine Chapel and the Royal Palace of Palermo, as well as the Royal Gardens of the Royal Palace, is offered. Information on restaurants and pizzerias with special prices arranged with the property, as well as a paid bicycle rental service by reservation, is also available. For those arriving by car, there is unguarded parking in a private area 50 meters from La Casetta, subject to reservation.
