Our two artisanal rooms offer all the modern comforts you are looking for, including air conditioning, USB outlets, and a smart TV. The included breakfast is a typical Italian meal, which is prepared independently without any time restrictions, and can be enjoyed privately in your room or on the shaded terrace.
In each room, you will find a coffee and cappuccino machine, a kettle for tea and herbal infusions, and a refrigerator that is replenished daily with milk, yogurt, fruit juices, butter, cheese, salami, and ham.
Additionally, we offer fresh fruit, cereals, jams, and, of course, coffee and tea.
Every morning, you will find a box with freshly baked bread, focaccia, and croissants in front of your room door, just baked by the baker.

Mirko spent his childhood right where you will be spending your vacation. He is skilled with his hands and can do practically anything, but he excels in carpentry, preparing homemade pizzas, and ravioli. Regardless of the ingredients, as a perfectionist, the end result must be excellent. He has traveled hundreds of kilometers around Italy on his Vespa. He cheers for Juventus.
Valentina is the only woman capable of reversing a van full of tourists on a steep uphill road, relying solely on the side mirrors. She is able to drive any vehicle and you won't find many taxi drivers who speak English and French like her. She hates the heat and loves cold places. Take away everything from her, but not her Prosecco.
You can easily reach everything on foot: cozy bars, delicious restaurants, and convenient supermarkets. Moreover, you will have quick access to the beach and the pier, from where boats depart to the fascinating Cinque Terre and Portofino. You will also have the opportunity to explore the nearby bike path that connects Levanto to Bonassola. In just 10 minutes on foot, you can reach the train station. At the entrance, you will find many helpful tips to make your vacation unforgettable.
