Cascina Rosengana
The structure is a 17th-century ancient farmhouse that has been carefully restored to preserve its authenticity. It's the perfect place to enjoy an aperitif on our terrace, have lunch or dinner, or stay in our rooms. Our main goal is to offer healthy food and quality wines. You will have the opportunity to taste over 200 labels of Piedmontese wines, including our production of biodynamic wines. This year, our Barbera 465 has received important recognition, demonstrating that natural wine can be exceptional. Rosengana Bed & Charme is a place where taste, elegance, and attention to detail come together to create an unforgettable experience. This prestigious residence will make you relive the sounds, scents, and emotions of the past, immersing yourself in an elegant and unique style.
We are pleased to offer six comfortable rooms, including three standard and three superior. The Cascina Rosengana farmhouse has everything necessary to ensure an unforgettable stay for our guests. Additionally, we are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, as pets are welcome in our establishment.
Our delicious breakfast is carefully prepared using local products from our farm or nearby farms.
You can enjoy yogurt, butter, milk, and cheeses from Az. Agr. Biodinamica Maciot.
Additionally, you can savor hazelnut cream, quince jelly, and seasonal fruit preserves from Az. Agr. Biodinamica Maciot.
For those with a sweet tooth, we offer traditional cakes made just like grandma used to make, a corner dedicated to cookies, and a selection of treats prepared by the kitchen of Cascina Rosengana Agriturismo.
We also have a variety of cured meats, hams, and salamis from Az. Agr. Forno Mauro.
Breakfast will be served in the Breakfast Room, and during the summer, you can also enjoy it outdoors, right in front of your rooms.
The agriturismo combines a passion for food, with typical and refined recipes, with a love for rustic style and restoration in a welcoming and warm environment. From the splendid outdoor terrace, you can admire a magnificent view of Cocconato.
Our cuisine is a true discovery of flavors and traditions, in which our chefs propose dishes from the past with today's experience. Our constant search for purity and authenticity allows us to offer high-quality dishes. All dishes are prepared exclusively with organic products from local farms, which like us, are committed to safeguarding and enhancing the territory.
To accompany our dishes, you will find an excellent selection of high-quality wines from our cellar, accompanied by our biodynamic wine produced by Azienda Agricola Maciot s.s.a. from Cocconato.
