Our family.
Grandfather Giuseppe (born in 1934) and grandmother Maria (born in 1944) are natives of San Vito, a hamlet of Montà. In 1973, together with their six children, they moved to the beautiful Ponchietta.
Here, they continue their farming activities, raising Piedmontese cattle and cultivating vineyards, fields, cereals, and hazelnuts.
Vittorio (born in 1967), Giuseppe's son, lives with his family in the manor house built around 1920. Until 1990, he attended the agricultural school in Grinzane Cavour and graduated in 1986.
Marina (born in 1969) lives in Alba and, after completing middle school, immediately starts working with great passion in the family bakery.
In 1991, Marina and Vittorio meet and get married in 1994. Their idea is to create a large and happy family. In 1995, Giulia is born, in 1997 Francesco, and in 1999 Pietro. In September 2001, Giacomo comes into the world, thus completing the family happily.
In 1998, the idea of offering hospitality at our farm was born. In January 2000, the renovation began with the precise intention of preserving the original characteristics of the manor house. With great satisfaction, we will inaugurate the agriturismo at the end of September.
