Many years ago, we made the choice to leave the bustling city of Milan and move to the countryside. Alongside my husband Stefano, we discovered this splendid estate with a vast one-hectare plot of land, which immediately won us over. Despite its proximity to the city, the farmhouse is immersed in the tranquility of the countryside. Additionally, on clear days, one can admire the splendor of Monte Rosa.
We have completely renovated the farmhouse and now live here, sharing the building with a young family.
The space at our disposal is so ample that we have decided to use some rooms of the house to offer hospitality. And thus, the B&B Cascina delle mele was born.
The surrounding hectare of land has been transformed into an orchard, allowing us to offer our guests organic fruit cultivated by ourselves and a variety of homemade jams.
We are located just thirty minutes away from Milan and all its fascinating attractions. Within a short distance from our establishment, you can visit Vigevano with its magnificent square, the Naviglio with the possibility of enchanting boat trips, and the picturesque villages along the Naviglio, such as Gaggiano, Cassinetta di Lugagnano, Albairate, and Robecco. In less than an hour, you can reach the charming Lake Maggiore with its enchanting places like Stresa, Angera, Luino, and the majestic Mottarone mountain. If you wish to go shopping, you will find a large shopping center less than a kilometer away. Finally, throughout the surrounding area, you will find trattorias, restaurants, and places where you can enjoy Milanese specialties in a comfortable and peaceful atmosphere.
