Villa Sonia House, located in a green park along the Restera of the Sile River, is the perfect place for bicycle excursions along the path that connects Treviso to the Cavallino and Jesolo coast, passing through Casier, Casale sul Sile, Quarto d'Altino, and Portegrandi. Situated just 1 km from Altino, it allows you to visit the archaeological site with relics of the ancient Venetian and Roman city. Near the Sile Park, the Venetian beaches and the Treviso hills can be reached in 20 minutes, offering a unique food and wine experience.

The Marco Polo airport in Tessera-Venice is only a 5-minute drive away, while the Quarto d'Altino train station is 3 km away. Venice is easily reachable by train, public transport, or car in 20-25 minutes. Treviso, Padua, and Verona can be easily reached via the highway, located about 3 km from the property.

The rooms, all with private bathrooms, are elegant and welcoming, creating a familiar and relaxing atmosphere. Guests can enjoy a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen, with separate dishes and pots for each room. A washing machine and dryer are available. The property offers peace and tranquility, with ample private parking and free Wi-Fi in all areas. Each room has individually adjustable air conditioning and satellite TV.

Cancellations are free up to 5 days before check-in, except for non-refundable rates. In case of no-show or late cancellation, the cost of one night will be charged. The balance is payable at check-in, while non-refundable rates require payment in advance at the time of booking.

Check-in and check-out times must be arranged, and rooms will not be available before 4 pm. However, luggage storage and key provision are possible. A tourist tax is applicable, excluding children under 10 years old and other categories provided by law. Bath and bed linen are provided at the beginning of the stay, with an additional cost for extra changes. The final cleaning has a cost of €20.00, to be paid upon arrival. Smoking, bringing pets, or accommodating other people in the rooms/apartments is not allowed.
