Casa Vallona is a place of land, food, and relaxation. For over 800 years, you will find us in a village in the Bolognese Apennines, surrounded by gorges, lush fields, forests, and vineyards.
With love and dedication, we have returned here, following in the footsteps of our ancestors, to give a second life to forgotten places that would otherwise disappear.
Our agriculture is natural, and our hospitality is spontaneous. We are passing caretakers and want to leave our land better than we found it.

Our delicious breakfast will be served in the wonderful salon of the farmhouse or, weather permitting, in the charming courtyard. All the products we offer are made with the finest flours directly from our farm, as well as our delicious jams, high-quality honey, fresh fruit juices, and the most authentic local products. You can enjoy a wide selection of sweet or savory delicacies, according to your preference. The breakfast service is available from 9:00 to 10:30, ensuring you have all the time you need to start your day in the best way possible. Additionally, for those who wish to check out early or prefer to manage the service themselves, there is the convenient self-service option available.
The Agriturismo welcomes its guests only by reservation and in an intimate environment. Here, you can taste authentic cuisine, inspired by peasant traditions, using exclusively fresh and seasonal ingredients, sourced from our farm or local realities. We are particularly mindful of sustainability and also offer vegetarian dishes, in addition to culinary delights based on local game, coming from the surrounding hills.
